BEHIND THE SCENES IN SPORTS WITH MARIA SERRAO
Welcome Sports Enthusiasts! As a sports reporter I have the opportunity each day to bring you stories of some of the most exciting athletes in the world. Here in Los Angeles, there is never a dull moment in the world of sports.
My weekly show, "Playing The Field" airs on RPV-TV channel 33 and on the Internet. On a daily basis, I go inside the Locker rooms at the Los Angeles Dodgers, Angels, Lakers, Clippers, Kings and Oakland Raiders. In addition, I cover Indy Racing League and NASCAR races throughout the west.
My goal is to bring you insights into what really goes on behind the scene's in sports. I can bring you these stories after spending the past ten years building relationships with players, coaches, managers and owners throughout professional sports. I always say, "I don't interview athletes, I have a conversation with them".
